We met with two realtors at the start of our home search, one was Clark and the other a very experienced and established realtor in the area. We moved forward with Clark because we could sense the energy and enthusiasm to find OUR perfect home, not just the house the realtor thought we wanted/needed. Our intuition proved correct. Clark provides as much insight, advice, and opinion as we wanted, but never pressured a particular decision and moved quickly when we did decide to pass on a house or to pursue a house. Our experience was the definition of low-pressure guidance throughout the home buying process. The advice and guidance Clark provided proved valuable as we learned to navigate this intense housing market from afar, ultimately looking out for our best interest in when to continue pursuing a house and when to move on. In hindsight, we moved on from many good opportunities that were not quite perfect, to ultimately secure the perfect house. We made no sacrifices to our needs list and limited sacrifices on our wants list, landing an ideal house for our family with no regrets. Clark put in the time to show us a huge number of homes, never losing that energy and enthusiasm that made our decision to go with him in the first place. I already know who I am calling the next time we decide to buy or sell a house in the Knoxville area.
